AUROBINDO NIDHI LIMITED is a trusted financial Organization which was promoted and established by the Core Banking Professionals with 25+ Years of Banking Experience across all verticals. It’s a Quasi Banking Mutual Benefit Company with Co-Operative Principles registered under Section 406 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Section 620A of the Companies Act, 1956) with RBI Nidhi rules. It’s duly approved by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). A Nidhi is wholly or partially regulated by the RBI, and is enabled to issue directions to them in matters identifying with their deposit acknowledgment activities and Lending activities.
A dedicated group of social workers and imbued with the spirit of service have started Aurobindo Nidhi Ltd in 2017 to provide financial support to the workers class, other industrial and hitherto neglected economically weaker sections of society. The area of Warangal and their surroundings were predominantly populated by low income industrial labour and lower middle class people are there. For such people Aurobindo Nidhi Ltd, was established with the motto of "Prosperity through Cooperation"
